REFUND POLICY

We have a no return policy, which means all sales are final and cannot be returned or refunded.

However, we do offer a 1 time alteration on our products within 30 days of purchase of the product.

To start an alteration request, you can contact us at ziubyshivangikhosla@gmail.com. If your request is accepted, we’ll send you a shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an alteration will not be accepted.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Since all our products are made to order to match your fit, we don't fall under the European Union 14 day cooling off period for products shipped to EU and hence we have a no return policy.
